K1 Fiancee Meeting Service $250.00
If you're going to meet your fiancé, but not certain you will be going through with a marriage, then this is the service you could use. No point in spending for the Full Fiancé Service if you're not sure you will need it. This is used to obtain the required proof of meeting and to gather other pertinent information for the K1 visa petition filing. This service may also be used for meeting more than one person. However, if you're ready to marry your foreign honey, you should read about the standard K1 Fiance Visa Service and Full Fiance Visa Service. It may make more sense to you.
Upgrade to Standard K1 Fiance Visa Service (from Meeting Service - Without Adjustment of Status) $745.00
This upgrade takes you to the Full Fiance Visa Service where your forms get reviewed, corrected and filled out by Apex. We also lead you through the rest of this meticulous process including change of status. Service details. This service also includes Full Service details as well as the Meeting Service details - you still need this part because the Meeting Service only tells you what to get and not what to do with it. This Service Does NOT include Adjustment of Status. The adjustment of status for this K1 Fiance service is extra. See below.....

This service includes:
1) Form filling;
2) I-129F K1 Visa petitioning;

If you've already met the person of your life, in person, have the correct proof of meeting evidence, and are ready to proceed with the visa processing, then this is the service you will need. It covers the Meeting Service requirement, a full review of your case, and we fill out the forms for you, then return them by email attachment. We select the proper bullet proof support items for proof of meeting. This Service INCLUDES Adjustment of Status.

K1 Fiance Adjustment of Status Service. $595 per person.
Required for non-immigrant K1 Fiance after arrival in the U.S. This service is included in our Full K1 service, but is separate and required in our regular K1 Service.
This requirement is to adjust status from non-immigrant to legal permanent resident.
K-2 Child Adjustment of Status. $395.00 / child
The Adjustment of Status is required for a K-2 derivative child coming along with the K-1 Fiance parent since it is an extra process after the parent and child arrive in the U.S. The parent and child(ren) MUST individually apply for adjustment of status at the same time.
This requirement is to adjust status from non-immigrant to legal permanent resident.
