NEW !! - Elimination of K-3 & K-4 Visas.

USCIS and the National Visa Center, in their infinate wisdom, now trashes K-3 visa petitions at the NVC on new filings. We saw this coming about a year ago (early 2009), but didn't know how or when they would go about it. Here's some of their argument (never mind the Constitution).

There is No more K-3 or K-4 Visa!
